Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Blood Transfusion Officer: A recognized medical qualification included in l or II Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule (other than the licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-Il of the 34d Schedule should fulfil the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of the Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
2. Senior Biochemist: A good master‟s degree in Biochemistry of a recognized University/Institution.
3. Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer: A recognized medical qualification included in I or II Schedule or Part II of the 3rd Schedule (other than the licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the 34d Schedule should fulfil the conditions stipulated in subsection (3) of the Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
4. Public Health Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institution
5. Programmer: Direct Entry for holder BE/B. Tech. (Comp. Science/ Computer Engineering)
6. Sister Grade-II: Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board
7. Medical Social Service Officer Grade-II: Master’s Degree in Social Work from a recognized University/Institution
8. Store Keeper (Drugs): Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised University/ Institution
9. Technician (Radiology) Grade-II: B.Sc (Hons.) in Radiography or B.Sc Radiography 3 years course from a recognized University/ Institution.
10. Operation Theatre Assistant: B.Sc OR 10+2 with Science with five year experience.
11. Pharmacist Grade-II: Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised Institution/Board
12. Workshop (R &AL) Technician Grade-II: Diploma (not less than 2 years duration) in Prosthetic and Orthotic Engineering from a recognised Institution/ Board. Candidate should be registered with Rehabilitation Council of India
13. Workshop (R &AL) Technician Grade-II (Leather Worker):Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised Board/ University

Limits of sitemap file

But the default sitemap contains only first 26 entries. So we need to tell them there are more than that. An example of this is given below. This points out first 500 posts and If you have more than that, we need to point that too. The second line indicates posts starting from 501. If you have more than 1000 posts, repeat the line by replacing the green colored 501 with 1001.

The limit on the number of post is not because of the number of link limits, but because of the size of the page. Single sitemap file should not be exceed 50MB. In order to limit the size to 50MB, you need to take care of following guidelines..

• Go to Settings> Other
• Under Sitefeed, Allow Blog feed should be Until Jump break. If you select full, there is a chance of exceeding the 50MB size limit.

How to add it Blogger blog

दिल्ली सल्तनत: सामाजिक आर्थिक संरचना

दिल्ली सल्तनत के काल में सामाजिक-आर्थिक संरचना इस प्रकार है.

दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान आर्थिक संरचना

दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान व्यापार में काफी वृद्धि हुई थी. इस समय मुद्रा प्रणाली लागू थी. मुद्रा के रूप में चांदी का टंका प्रचालन में था. सड़कें भी अच्छी स्थिति में थीं जोकि बंगाल के सोनारगाव को  दिल्ली, लाहौर, से जोड़ती थीं. संचार प्रणाली भी प्रमुख रूप में मौजूद थी. अर्थात पोस्ट को ले जाने और ले आने के लिए घुड़सवार मौजूद थे.

दिल्ली, लाहौर, मुल्तान, और लखनौती व्यापर के प्रमुख केंद्र थे. इन जगहों पर नए-नए उद्योग मौजूद थे. जैसे- धातु का काम, कागज बनाने, और वस्त्र के रूप में नए उद्योगों का केंद्र. वस्त्र व्यापार चीन और पश्चिम एशिया, के साथ किया जाता था जहाँ पर  घोड़े और हाथी दांत, एवं मसालों को वस्त्रों के स्थान पर दिया जाता था. व्यापार वस्तुतः अरब, व्यापारियों के द्वारा पूरी तरह से हस्तगित किया गया था लेकिन तमिलो, कलिंगों और  गुजरातियों की भी व्यापार में सहभागिता थी.

सल्तनत में अधिकांश लोगों की जीविका का प्रमुख माध्यम मजदूरी थी. कुछ जमींदार समृद्ध थे जिनमें हिंदु के साथ-साथ मुसलमान जमींदार भी शामिल था. सुल्तान और उनके अमीर एक भव्य महल में जीवन-यापन करते थे. कारीगर और दुकानदार मध्यम वर्ग में शामिल थे. इस काल में गुलामी प्रथा भी उपस्थित थी.

राज्य की आय का मुख्य स्रोत खराज़ था जोकि भू-राजस्व के रूप में लिया जाता था. गैर-मुसलमानों से भी इस काल में कर वसूला जाता था जिसे जजिया कहते थे. अलाउद्दीन खिलजी ने दिल्ली सल्तनत के इतिहास में पहली बार कर की राशि में पूर्व के 1/6 से बढाकर 1/2 कर दिया था. जबकि पूरे सल्तनत काल में किसानों से उनकी पैदावार का 1/3 भाग लिया जाता था. ज़ज़िया हर हिन्दू पर लगाया जाने वाला कर था. इसी तरह ज़कात नामक एक कर भी लिया जाता था. यह कर वस्तुतः गरीब मुसलमान भाइयों की मदद के लिए अमीर मुसलमानों से लिया जाता था. खुम्स लूट का धन होता था. इस धन का 1/5 राजकोष में तथा 4/5 भाग सैनिकों में बाँट दिया जाता था, लेकिन अलाउद्दीन ख़िलजी एवं मुहम्मद तुग़लक़ लूट के धन का 4/5 भाग राजकोष में जमा करवाते थे तथा शेष 1/5 भाग सैनिकों में वितरित कर दिया जाता था.

दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान सामाजिक संरचना

दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान,इस काल का  समाज संक्रमण के चरण में था. समाज का बिभाजन पूरी तरह से धर्म पर आधरित था. लोग हिन्दू और मुस्लिम समुदाय में बिभाजित थे. मुस्लिम वर्ग पुनः अमीर और सरदार वर्ग में बिभाजित था. अमीर लोग भी तीन वर्ग में बिभाजित थे: खान, अमीर , और मलिक. जमींदार भी प्रमुख रूप में दिल्ली  सल्तनत में शामिल थे. वे मुख्य रूप से प्रशासनिक संवर्ग में शामिल थे.  

दिल्ली सल्तनत के इतिहास में जब अमीरों नें अपनी सत्ता खोनी प्रारंभ की तो सत्ता के केंद्र के रूप में मुस्लिम समुदाय आगे आया. ये अमीर, असरफ के नाम से जाने जाते थे. असरफों ने समाज के अन्दर प्रमुख स्थान प्राप्त किया था. इसीलिए सामाजिक संरचना के अन्दर उन्हीं प्रामुख स्थान प्राप्त था. ये अमीर अपनी आर्थिक मजबूती और रईसों की तरह के लिबास और खान-पान की वजह से समाज में अलग स्थान प्राप्त किया था. जो अमीर, योद्धा वर्ग में शामिल किये जाते थे उनके द्वारा धीरे-धीरे एक सांस्कृतिक संरचना का निर्माण किया गया. इस समय के इतिहास में तुर्की शासकों और राजपूत शासकों के मध्य राजनीतिक संबध आम बने रहे.

काज़ी और मुइजी वर्ग न्यायिक संरचना में प्रमुख स्थान प्राप्त किये हुए थे. वे इन अमीरों की भी मदद किया करते थे. सल्तनत में मुहत्सिब वर्ग के द्वारा आम मुस्लिम वर्ग के द्वारा शरिया के पालन के तौर-तरीकों का मूल्याङ्कन किया जाता था. ये सभी पद वेतनपरक थे. सल्तनत में काफी संख्या में क्लर्क, छोटे-छोटे अधिकारी और दास समुदाय मौजूद था.

हिंदुओं के समाज की संरचना में कोई प्रतिष्ठित बदलाव नहीं किया गया था. दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान, पर्दा प्रणाली का व्यापक प्रचालन हो गया था. उच्च वर्गों में, महिलाओं को पर्दा प्रथा के माध्यम से छिपाया जाता था, लेकिन छोटे वर्गों में महिलाएं काफी स्वतंत्र जीवन का यापन करती थी. इस समय सती प्रथा और विधवा विवाह प्रतिबंधित थे. इस काल में एक अच्छी चीज यह थी कि विधवाओं को उनके पति की संपत्ति में अधिकार दिया जाता था.

मुस्लिम समाज आर्थिक असमानता के आधार पर जातीय और नस्लीय समूह में विभाजित किया गया था. तुर्क, ईरानी, अफगान और भारतीय मुसलमानों के बीच शायद ही कोई वैवाहिक सम्बन्ध इस दौरान कायम थे. समाज में जो लोग हिन्दू से मुसलमान बने थे उन्हें न केवल निचली वरीयता दी जाती थी बल्कि उनकी रैंक भी निम्न थी. हिंदु वर्ग के द्वारा प्रशासन की पूरी स्थानीय व्यवस्था को संभाला जाता था. फिर भी दोनों हिंदू और मुस्लिम समुदायों के बीच अतिव्यापन की स्थिति थी. फिर भी दोनों के मध्य सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक विचारों और विश्वासों में मतभेद विद्यमान थे. इसी वजह से दोनों के मध्य तनाव का माहौल था और उनके मध्य आपसी समझ और सांस्कृतिक समायोजन की कमी भी विद्यमान थी.

दिल्ली सल्तनत के अंतर्गत कला, शिक्षा और व्यापार शैली में एक अद्भुत हिंदू और इस्लामी शैली का मिश्रण दृष्टिगोचर होता है.

दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान कला

1258 ईस्वी में दिल्ली सल्तनत अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण कला और संस्कृति का केंद्र हो चुका था. चूँकि मंगोलों ने मध्य और पश्चिमी एशिया के सांस्कृतिक केंद्रों को नष्ट कर दिया और उस इलाके के कलाकारों के लिए भारत के महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र साबित हुआ था. 1296-1316 ईस्वी के दौरान, खुसरो की कविता, बरनी का ऐतिहासिक कार्यशैली और हजरत निजाम-उद-दीन औलिया की तालिका में इस सांस्कृतिक जीवन शक्ति के सभी तत्व मौजूद रहे थे. इस अवधि में बगदाद और कॉर्डोबा में किसी भी प्रकार के वैज्ञानिक खोजों या इससे सम्बंधित तथ्यों के ऊपर खोजबीन के कार्यो के बारे में पता नहीं चलता है. और शायद यही कारण था की मध्य एवं पश्चिमी एशिया के के कलाकारों और विद्वान समुदायों नें भारत की तरफ आने का निर्णय किया और भारत का रुख किया. उल्लेखनीय है की इस क्षेत्र से आने वाले सभी कलाकारों ने किसी भी प्रकार के कोई पुस्तकालयों को नहीं लाया था. नतीजतन, जो भी कविता, संगीत और लेखन के सन्दर्भ में कार्य किया गया वे सभी किसी अन्य ज्ञान के संग्रह पर निर्भर नहीं थे. यही कारण था की पुस्तकालयों की कमी के कारण, भारत में बड़े शिक्षण संस्थानों को विकसित नहीं किया गया.

भारत में मुस्लिम शासन के दौरान, धार्मिक अनुदान का प्रमुख, सद्र-ए-जहान,  होता था. इस अधिकारी का प्रमुख कार्य यह होता था की यह इस्लामी विषयों में शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए विभिन्न धार्मिक समूहों को कर मुक्त भूमि का अनुदान देता था. इस काल में दो बड़े शैक्षिक संस्थान(मदरसा) मुइजिया और नासीरिया की स्थापना उन्नत अध्ययन के लिए की गयी थी. इन संस्थानों में तीन मुख्य विषय तफ्शिर (कुरान की व्याख्या), हदीस (परंपरा), और फिकह (संविधान) पढाये जाते थे.

दक्कन में, विज्ञान विषयों ऊपर खासा ध्यान दिया जाता था. फ़िरोज़, एक बहमनी राजा था  इस तरह की शिक्षा प्रणाली जोकि वनस्पति विज्ञान, ज्यामिति, और खगोल विज्ञान के रूप में थी विषयों को प्रोत्साहित करता था. चिकित्सा विज्ञान पर भी इस काल में खासा ध्यान दिया गया था. 1329 ईस्वी में जिया मुहम्मद नें दवा के ऊपर एक पांडुलिपि (मजमुआ-ए-जीई) का लेखन कार्य किया था. इस पुस्तक में भारत और अरब की चिकित्सा प्रणाली के बारे में वर्णन किया गया है. चिकित्सा विज्ञानं पर इस पुस्तक के अलावा तिब्ब-ए-सिकंदरी जिसका लेखन कार्य मियां भुवा के द्वारा 1512ईस्वी में किया गया था. उल्लेखनीय हैं की यह पुस्तक आंतरिक चिकित्सा प्रणालियों के सन्दर्भ में एक मानक पाठ्यपुस्तक थी.

रेज़ा (इसे संग्रेज़ा के रूप में भी कहा गया है) इल्तुतमिश का सचिव था. यह पहला विद्वान था जिसका जन्म भारत में हुआ था. सल्तनत के प्रारंभिक इतिहास में आमिर खुशरो एक प्रख्यात फारसी कवि थे. उनका लेखन कार्य चल रही घटनाओं से संबंधित थीं. जैसे उनके द्वारा लिखे गए ग्रन्थ हैं- किरान-उस-सादेन,मिफ्ता-उल-फुतूह,आशिका, और खजाइन-उल-फुतूह आदि प्रमुख ग्रन्थ.

भारतीय संगीत नें अरब संगीत पर इस कदर एक प्रभाव डाला था जिसकी वजह से उत्तरी भारत में एक नयी प्रकार की संगीत प्रणाली का जन्म हुआ था. सुल्तान हुसैन संगीत के रोमांटिक स्कूल के मूल संस्थापकथे.

दिल्ली सल्तनत के दौरान व्यापार

हिंदुओं नें स्वयं को विदेशी और घरेलु व्यापार में अपने आपको प्रमुख स्थान प्रदान किया था. फिर मुश्लिम व्यापारिक समुदाय विदेशी व्यापार में अपनी भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण स्थान प्रदान किये हुए था. वस्तुतः इनका अभी भी विदेशी व्यापार में एक बड़ा हिस्सा था. आमतौर पर ये लोग भारत में दुर्लभ वस्तुएं, घोड़े,खच्चर और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण सवारी के साधन पशुओ के व्यापार पर एकाधिकार स्थापित किये हुए थे. मुस्लिम सवारों की सफलता को देखते हुए, हिंदुओं ने भी घोड़ों के व्यापार को हाथियों के व्यापार से प्रतिस्थापन करना शुरू कर दिया था.

निर्यात किये जाने वाले माल के अंतर्गत खाद्यान्न और कपड़ा आदि शामिल किये जाते थे. कृषि उत्पादों के अंतर्गत गेहूं, चावल, दाल, तिलहन,शक्कर, कपास आदि और अन्य वस्त्रों को शामिल किया जाता था. कपास आदि सामानों को दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया, पूर्वी अफ्रीका, और यूरोप को निर्यात किया जाता था. अरब व्यापारी इन महत्वपूर्ण उत्पादों को लाल सागर के माध्यम से दमिश्क और सिकंदरिया को ले जाते थे. जहां से इन उत्पादों को वे भूमध्यसागरीय देशों को निर्यात करते थे  और अपनी व्यापारिक गतिविधियों को अंजाम देते थे.

इस काल में कुछ अन्य उद्योगों जैसे कपड़ा, धातु का काम, नील और कागज के उद्योंगो ने भी महत्वपूर्ण स्थान प्राप्त किया था. मुश्लिम समुदाय रेशम के बेहतरीन किस्मों के लिए बंगाल पर निर्भर रहते थे. इसके अलावा धातु से जुड़े कई उद्योगों जैसे तलवारें, बंदूकें, और अन्य घरेलू वस्तुओं के निर्माण से सम्बंधित उद्योंग भी इस काल में फले-फूले. चीनी का विनिर्माण भी बड़े पैमाने पर बंगाल में किया जाता था और उसे निर्यात किया जाता था. दिल्ली, कागज निर्माण के लिए एक प्रमुख केंद्र लेकिन एक छोटे पैमाने पर, था.

इन सभी उद्योगों को निजी स्वामित्व के अंतर्गत चलाया जाता था. लेकिन सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि बड़े स्तर पर जितने भी उद्योग थे उन्हें सरकारी स्तर पर समर्थन मिला हुआ था. सिर्फ दिल्ली में शाही कारखानों में, रेशम के लिए चार हजार से अधिक बुनकर अकेले कार्यरत थे.
